Changes in Immunization Requirements for School Year 2013-2014
Schools will be starting soon and there have been recent changes in immunization requirements!! This fall, students entering 6th through 12th grades will be required to provide proof of Tdap vaccination along with the school physical forms that are also required for these grades.
The Vermilion County Health Department has Immunization Clinics available to assist you in getting your children vaccinated. Daytime and evening hours are available. A parent or guardian MUST be present. Please bring your child’s immunization record to the appointment. Cost is $15.00 per vaccination / Medicaid card is accepted. Call and make an appointment today!
